第1天Day 1 西普洛乐园 XplorXplor Park

【XPLOR乐园】是坎昆最刺激的冒险乐园，在现代安全设备的保护下挑战你的心脏。全程45分钟的高空滑索组，贯穿于水、陆、地洞的两栖车自驾，通过游泳和木筏穿梭在佈满钟乳石和石笋的古地层溶洞。XPLOR就是你要找的冒险！

上午6:30-8:30酒店大堂集合，具体上车时间请点击蓝色字体查看，具体出发时间需联系客服确认。

行程安排：

酒店 → XPLOR乐园 → 返程

Discover a hidden universe below the Earth’s surface as you step into Xplor, a unique underground world, experience thrilling adventure activities with the safest and most modern equipment. Swim through the most spectacular mysterious routes, surrounded by amazing stalactites and stalagmites. Drive through an all-terrain track in the middle of the jungle, set sail on a raft, and paddle with your hands over crystal – clear waters among age-old rocky formation and prepare to conquer the skies as you fly in the largest zip line circuit of the Rivera Maya, over 2 miles of airborne adventure. Explorers can enjoy incredible activities in the natural setting outdoors and within underground environments.

This one of a kind park features four thrilling activities to be enjoyed as many times as you like. You can drive an amphibious vehicle along spectacular jungle paths and down underground tunnels. Then, paddle a raft through breathtaking grottoes where impressive rock formations contrast with the crystal-clear waters of the underground river. Next, you can fly high above the treetops on 11 amazing zip-lines and swim through caverns covered in stalactites and stalagmites.

2. 为保护生态，园区只允许使用含有二氧化钛和氧化锌的防晒霜。

3. 漂流探险项目需要一定体力，请游客根据自身情况决定是否参加。

4. 滑索项目不适合患有恐高、高血压、心脑血管等病人或病史者，请游客根据自身情况决定是否参加。（最低身高：1.1米，最大体重：136公斤）

5. 坎昆属于热带海洋气候，有蚊虫出没，请客人自备有效防蚊药水。

6. XPLOR公园开放时间为周一至周六9:00-17:00

7. 因园区项目限制，4岁及以下儿童无法入园游玩；5-11岁儿童票客人需出示相关证明。

8. 年龄在 12 岁以下且身高超过 4.5 英尺（大约1.3米）的儿童必须出示身份证，以证明他们的年龄。

1. This trip mainly involves water activities. Please prepare your swimsuit, towel and other suitable equipment in advance.

2. To protect the ecology, the park only allows the use of sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.

3. The rafting adventure program requires a certain level of physical strength. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation.

4. The zipline project is not suitable for patients with fear of heights, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other medical histories. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation. (Minimum height: 1.1 meters, maximum weight: 136 kilograms)

5. Cancun has a tropical marine climate and is infested with mosquitoes. Please bring your own effective mosquito repellent.

6. XPLOR Park is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00

7. Due to park restrictions, children aged 4 and under are not allowed to enter the park; guests with tickets for children aged 5-11 are required to present relevant proof.

8. Children over 1.30 meters but under 12 years old must present their ID card to prove their age.

9. For guests who are taking English tours, please be sure to contact us by phone regarding the departure time of your hotel.

10. It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The company will not be responsible for any financial losses that may be caused by guests being late and unable to participate in the tour.

↩退改政策Cancellation Policy

1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还，报名团费不退还；

2. 游客因个人原因临时自愿放弃游览，酒店住宿、交通等费用均不退还。

3. 取消条款如下：

a. 出发前32日以上免费改期或取消；

b. 出发前23-31日，取消收取50%罚款，改期加收20%手续费用；

c. 出发前24日内，恕不退改。

c. 订购之日到出发前48小时以上，可免费更改姓名与接送酒店。取消参照上述退改政策；

1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.

2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:

a. More than 32 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund.

b. Less than 31 days but 25 days prior to departure date (EST):

Cancellation: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded;

Re-schedule: 70% of total purchase amount can be refunded.

c. Less than 24 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.

d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.

e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

4. 参团客人需跟团上导游买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。如您坚持使用自带门票，我司将不再提供旅行当日全天交通、导游等服务，需您自行安排。

5. 如因特别情形(如天气、修路、罢工、封山、旅游车特殊状况)造成车辆晚点，敬请见谅。

6. 此行程需要与其他游客同乘车辆，为保证团上游客权益，出发时请提前到达上车地点候车，景点游览与集合时间请配合工作人员安排，避免出现超时而需个人额外支付费用的情况发生。

7. 团体需一起活动，途中若需离队，请务必征得司机同意，以免发生意外。

8. 预定时请备注酒店名称，具体位置和联系方式。

9.客人在指定时间在酒店大堂等待司机。

5. We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factor including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem.

6. Please reach the departure point on time and follow the arrangement of a tour escort.

7. Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide.

8. Please inform hotel name, location and contact details when booking.

9. Guests should be waiting for tour leader in the hotel lobby at the designated time.
