Today you'll arrive in Fairbanks, Alaska's second-largest city. Its prime location and climate have earned it the nickname "Aurora Capital." Upon arrival, check in to your hotel (hotels in Alaska accept check-in after 4:00 PM).
As night falls, to avoid city light pollution, you'll board the Northern Lights shuttle at 10:00 PM to our carefully selected Aurora Observation Cabin . This ideal location maximizes your chances of observing the Northern Lights. Our expert Aurora guide will provide information on the Northern Lights, including camera settings and photography techniques, to help you capture stunning aurora photos. Complimentary hot drinks and coffee are provided within the cabin, along with an Aurora Monitor screen, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the Northern Lights (the first viewing is included in the price) . Arrival at the hotel is expected at 2:00 AM the following morning.
Aurora Upgrade:

Today you'll enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel. You will depart at 1 pm for the famous "Santa Claus House" in the town of North Pole, which, in order to create a strong Christmas atmosphere in Santa's hometown, features a huge 16-meter-tall santa statue and 2-meter-tall polar bear and moose statues. Many of the surrounding public facilities are also decorated in a Christmas theme. Later, you'll follow your guide to the Museum of the North on the University of Alaska's Fairbanks campus, the best place for visitors to discover the mysterious Arctic world and the real life of early locals. With its unique architecture, the museum is one of Fairbanks' landmarks. The museum is divided into different exhibition halls, which not only give a detailed introduction to the local environment and history, but also display some rare arctic animal specimens (“Blue Babe”, mammoth bones, a nearly 3-meter-tall brown bear, etc.). Afterwards you will return to the hotel for a rest. (If the Museum is closed, you will visit the Morris Thompson Cultural Center and be refunded your $12 Museum of the North ticket fee on site).
At 10 pm, to escape the urban light pollution, take the Aurora Shuttle to the surrounding area outside Fairbanks, in an excellent location that will increase your chances of observing the Northern Lights. Our professional guides will introduce you to the Northern Lights and instruct you in camera parameter set-up and aurora borealis shooting techniques to help you take stunning aurora photos. Depart from your hotel this morning, where Alaskan local Leslie will lead you on your dog sledding adventure! Leslie, a dog lover who arrived in Alaska 20 years ago from the US mainland, has grown her dog-sledding experience and cultural center with a staff of 50 dogs. With the Alaska International Dog Sled Race, Alaska's annual sporting event, gaining global popularity, Leslie has opened her own dog training ground to train young mushers and offer dog sledding experiences to visitors. The proceeds go towards preparing for international dog sledding events. She's become a highly respected figure in the area for her support of young mushers and her fundraising efforts. While waiting for your sled ride, you'll have the opportunity to interact with the adorable dogs.
Here, you'll experience the boundless joy of sledding across the frozen landscape of Alaska (approximately 20-25 minutes). Sled dogs are arranged in pairs, with the lead dog at the front steering the way, and the strongest dog near the seat. Two passengers, accompanied by a musher, ride on a sled as they race across the forest path, sending up a shower of white snow. It's a thrilling and exciting experience.
From September to early November, in case of insufficient snowfall, the dog sled will be replaced by a dog pull ATV experience, about 10min.

When the ice reaches a thickness of 8-10 centimeters, you can enjoy an ice fishing and barbecue trip at a cabin on an Alaskan lake . Safety is paramount. First and foremost, the ice must be at least 8 centimeters thick before venturing out. Thinner ice can be very dangerous. The low water temperature significantly impacts fish's physiological activity, putting them in a semi-dormant state and slowing their response to external influences. Check out one of the hottest local winter activities: Alaska snowmobiling ! It's a stylish toy, a wild ride, and the fastest vehicle on the snow, rivaling the speed of a regular car. Unlike motorcycles and cars, snowmobiles aren't powered by wheels, but by rotating tracks. These tracks make them safe, stable, and easy to master. Climb snowy slopes and traverse obstacles. While others navigate cautiously, you'll be speeding under the blazing sun! What? No driver's license?! No, no, no! Snowmobiling doesn't require a license. So, step on the pedals, apply the brakes, and hold on tight as you race through the forests and wilderness. Show off your snowmobiling skills and let your adrenaline run wild!

Today you will enjoy a leisurely day in Fairbanks! You can make your own arrangements or chose an optional activity to participate in for an additional fee. At 10 pm, to escape the urban light pollution, take the Aurora Shuttle to our carefully selected Aurora-Viewing Lodge. It’s an excellent location that will increase your chances of observing the Northern Lights. Our professional guides will introduce you to the Northern Lights and instruct you in camera parameter set-up and aurora borealis shooting techniques to help you take stunning aurora photos. Free hot drinks, coffee, cookies, and a Northern Lights monitoring screen are available in the cabin. Here, you can also warm up after watching the aurora (3rd Aurora Viewing, include cost). You will then return to the hotel to rest at around 2:00 to 3:00 the next morning.

Depart from your hotel in the morning and drive south along Richardson Expressway to Castner Glacier Ice Cave. The scenery along the road is beautiful. After getting off the car, you will follow the guide for about 2 miles to reach the largest valley ice cave in North America. This place is located in the east of Alaska Mountains, connected with the Castner Glacier, and you can feel its huge and profoundness only when you visit the ice cave mouth. The blue ice cave can be called the miraculous work of nature. The whole cave body is covered with ice layer accumulated for ten thousand years, which is crystal clear. Because the ice layer and mountain minerals have been infiltrating each other for years, the charming orchid ice layer occasionally appears like a metal texture, which is as beautiful and elegant as gold inlaid jade. While experiencing the stunning visual here, you can also experience the collision between nature and human beings in the long history.
Notes:
1. This activity can only be booked on-site after guests have arrived and joined the tour.
2. There are no meteorological facilities in the Castner Glacier Ice Cave area, so it is impossible to judge the local weather conditions in advance. If the ice cave cannot be reached successfully due to weather reasons after arrival, no fee will be refunded.

Departing between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM, you'll board a professional polar bus and journey toward the Arctic Circle along the Dalton Highway, one of Alaska's most remote and challenging roads. The 414-mile Dalton Highway, considered one of the "World's Ten Deadliest Highways," is accessible only to licensed vehicles. Along the way, you'll admire the pristine tundra landscape of the Arctic wilderness and have the opportunity to encounter wildlife such as caribou, Arctic foxes, wolves, bears, and musk oxen. Passing the Yukon River, North America's third-longest river, you'll also witness another great and challenging human endeavor: the North-South Oil Pipeline, which spans Alaska. Finally, you'll reach the Alaskan Arctic Circle (66°33'N) and receive an Arctic Circle Expedition Certificate, a memorable experience that will cap off your Arctic Circle adventure. Upon arrival, you can personally send a postcard to your loved ones at the Polar Post Office in Coldfoot . In the afternoon, depart Coldfoot aboard a professional polar bus, returning to Fairbanks along the renowned Dalton Highway. Along the way, you'll visit the oil pipeline and the Yukon River , and visit the landmark of Alaska's Arctic Circle (66°33'N). You'll receive an Arctic Circle Expedition Certificate, a memorable experience that will cap off your Arctic Circle adventure. In the morning, we'll meet at your hotel and depart by car for Matanuska Glacier . Along the way, we'll stop at a large supermarket where you can shop and prepare lunch. Upon arrival at the glacier, you'll embark on a glacier hike (approximately two hours) led by a professional guide. Matanuska Glacier is Alaska's largest accessible glacier. Classified as a valley glacier, it flows through the valley like a river, flowing north from the Chugach Mountains to the Glen Highway. It's a popular destination between Anchorage and Glennallen. Join your guide as you journey across this 10,000-year-old glacier, admiring the endless expanse of pure white and the azure ice caves carved by the glacier. Due to its unique valley glacier characteristics, Matanuska Glacier enjoys more sunny weather in winter than surrounding areas, making it a popular choice for glacier hikers. The glacier and Sheep Mountain create one of the most breathtaking and stunning scenery in Alaska.

We'll then arrive at Alyeska Ski Resort, where you can take the scenic gondola (tickets at your own expense) to the summit for breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Return to downtown Anchorage for an afternoon visit to Earthquake Park and Captain Cook Memorial in the northwest part of the city (approximately 30 minutes), offering stunning views and photographic opportunities of the Cook Inlet. Enjoy duty-free shopping (approximately one hour) at the department stores and art shops of Alaska Native artists along Fourth and Fifth Streets in downtown Anchorage. 取消政策：
1. 阿拉斯加当地时间出发前9天内取消行程，收取全部团费；
2. 阿拉斯加当地时间出发前8-13天内取消行程，收取团费的50%；
3. 阿拉斯加当地时间出发前12-19天内取消行程，收取团费的30%。
退改政策：
由于交通工具、设备故障、政府罢工、客人疾病、突发意外、天气变化等不可抗力或其他个人原因导致客人无法准时参团，建议您可将此行程转给他人使用，我司也可免费为您提供变更客人预订的服务，如您确实需要将行程变更或延迟，我们将尽力协助您减少损失，但无法为您承担此部分费用，具体规则如下：
1. 出团日14天以前：延期或更改行程：不收取任何罚金
2. 出团日14天（含）之内：延期或更改行程，需扣除第一晚酒店费用及已预订的项目费用后，剩余团款转至变更后的订单中
Cancellation Policy:
1. For cancellations within 9 days of departure, no refund will be given.
2. For cancellations between 8 to 13 days from departure date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
3. For cancellations between 12 to 19 days from departure date, 70% of the fee will be refunded.
Change Policy:
If you are unable to participate in the tour due to transportation issues, a government shutdown, illness, accident, sudden changes in weather, or other unforeseen and unpreventable personal circumstances, it is suggested that you transfer the booked itinerary to someone else. Our company can change the name on the booking for free. If you decide to change or postpone your itinerary, we will do our best to minimize the loss to you, but there are some costs we are not able to recover. Thus, changes will be made in accordance with the following policy:
1. For changes or postponements made more than 14 days ahead of the tour date, no fee will be charged.
2. For changes or postponements made within 14 days of the tour date, after deducting the fee for the first night at the hotel and fees for activities that have already been booked, the remainder of your payment will be applied to the cost of your new itinerary.

3. 如行程内标注时间与导游现场通知时间有出入，请以导游通知时间为准；
4. 根据每天行程将安排专线导游带领及讲解，每天将有不同的导游为您提供服务；
5. 观测极光期间，为避免影响他人观测及拍摄，请您不要使用摄影设备的闪光灯功能；
6. 阿拉斯加冬季温度较低，请您按自身状况准备保暖衣物，如：羽绒服、抓绒衣、帽子、围巾、防滑雪地靴、墨镜等；
7. 道顿公路Dalton Hwy全程严禁游客在公路中间停留，由此造成任何安全事故，游客需自行承担，建议您下车观光时在公路一侧欣赏极地景色；
8. 出于安全原因考虑，18岁以下未成年人将不能进入珍娜温泉村的户外岩石温泉区，可以使用室内按摩池及游泳池；
9. 18岁以下未成年人参团，需要至少一名成年人全程陪同，或提交由监护人签字的免责声明；
10. 如您未及时预订行程中相关的自费项目，团上可与导游联系预订，此费用将以现金形式收取；
11. 客人如因个人原因（包括且不限于疾病、意外事故、迟到等）未能按照约定的集合时间和地点与导游汇合，而错失上车机会导致行程项目无法参加的，当日参团费用无法退还，温馨提示：

Essential Information About Booking:
1. This tour is led by a local Chinese-speaking guide (except where otherwise noted); with a minimum group size of 2 people, it can be immediately confirmed.
2. We strongly suggest that you wait to buy plane tickets until after you receive your confirmation from us.
3. Please provide us with your flight information and phone number at least 10 days ahead of your tour departure. Otherwise we will be unable to send you the final confirmation.
4. If you do not provide our company with your correct flight information in time, and as a result we do not have a car and staff member available, we reserve the right to refuse any free airport pick-up or drop-off service originally offered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. Alaska fire code does not permit adding extra beds in hotel rooms. All hotel rooms have either one or two beds.
6. This product is priced as a package tour. If you are unable to participate in some of the tour activities or unable to use any part of the itinerary or included services, we are unable to give any refunds.
Notes for Participation:
1. This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.
2. The sequence of activities in this tour itinerary is subject to change based on the tour departure date, weather conditions, etc., but the content of the tour will not change. The sequence in the above itinerary is provided for reference only, and may not match your final itinerary.
3. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of.
4. Different guides are assigned to each day tour, so each day you will have a different guide leading your tour.
5. While observing the aurora, in order to avoid affecting the experience of others, please do not use flash photography.
6. It is very cold in Alaska in winter, so please bring appropriate warm clothing, such as: down jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, boots with traction, sunglasses, etc.
7. On the Dalton Highway lingering in the middle of the road is strictly prohibited. Guests must take responsibility for any safety incidents resulting from such behavior. It is recommended that you enjoy the views from the side of the road.
8. For safety reasons, minors under age 18 may not enter the outdoor natural rock pool, but they may use the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub.
9. Minors under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by at least one adult at all times or to submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian.
10. If you didn’t book any optional activities available on the tour in advance, you can talk with your guide about booking these activities. In this case payment must be made in cash.
11. Please be aware, if you are not able to meet your guide at the appointed time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, running late, etc.), and thus miss the chance to board the bus and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee for that day.
- Please arrive at the pick-up location least 10 to 15 minutes early.
- You may call us within 1 to 2 days of your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location.
12. If, due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e. extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.
- Natural disasters: flood, earthquake, hail, snowstorm, tsunami, etc.
- Political & social situations: war, shutdown, protest, regime change, policy change, terrorist attack, etc.
- Accidents and malfunctions: tour bus or other transportation equipment malfunction, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accident or other blockage of roads, etc.
- Road closures: roads impassable due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.
