预计早上9:45出发,沿阿拉斯加最偏远、最具挑战性的道路之一的道顿公路(Dalton Highway),向北极圈进发。道顿公路全程414英里,是一条经过极地、冻原、永冻层的“砾石”路,修建在冻土之上的道顿公路注定无法平坦,需要依随地势起伏而建,爬坡、下坡、拐弯都会多次出现在您的行进中,并且每年有无数量运油车往返行驶于该公路上,因此也被称为“世界十大死亡公路”之一,只有获得专业运营许可资格的车辆才允许进入道顿公路行驶。沿途可以一览北极原始荒野的苔原地貌风光,还有机会在途中见到北美驯鹿、北极狐、狼、熊、麝香牛等野生动物。途中我们还将到访育空河营地,游览流经美国和加拿大两国的北美大河育空河(Yukon River),沿途我们将会观赏到人类一项伟大而艰难的创举:纵穿阿拉斯加南北的输油管道(Alaska Pipeline),建造这条全长1300公里的输油管道除了要克服恶劣的气候环境,还经历了重重挑战,您将了解到输油管道的由来以及先进的控温技术和与此有关重要的专利发明。最终您将亲临阿拉斯加北极圈(Arctic Circle,北纬66°33’)地标,并荣获一份【北极圈探险证书】,为您的旅行生涯留下深刻的记忆,亦为您的北极圈之旅画上完满的句点。预计次日凌晨01:00-02:00回到费尔班克斯。(该产品路途中的洗手间基本为旱厕。请您如厕后不要将厕纸等卫生用品及杂物丢进旱厕马桶中,以免给清理旱厕的工人带来麻烦)
Summary: Duration is about 16-17hours
Depart at 9:45am, ground tour north to Arctic Circle Sing on the Dalton Highway made famous during the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline. Cross the Arctic Circle and receive an official Arctic Circle Adventure Certificate. Explore up close the amazing arctic tundra and feel the veins of ice just beneath the surface. Experience the mighty Yukon River. Marvel at the majestic beauty of the northland's most famous waterway and learn of the river's storied past. Return to Fairbanks around 1:00am-2:00am. (The toilets on the road of this product are basically dry toilets. Please do not throw toilet paper and other sanitary products and sundries into the dry toilet toilet after going to the toilet, so as not to bring trouble to the workers who clean the dry toilet)

2. Optional activities and entrance fees not included in the itinerary (Prices are subject to change without prior notice; Tickets should be purchased from the tour guide).

4. In accordance with local standards, you may tip your guide based on the quality of their service. Tipping standard is $20/person/day. Please pay tips to your guide on the day of your tour, to express your respect and gratitude for their work.
5. Other expenses not mentioned in the itinerary or agreement.

取消政策:
1. 出发前14天及以内取消或改签,收取全部费用;
2. 出发前14天以外取消或改签,收取费用的30%。
改签政策:
由于交通工具、设备故障、政府罢工、客人疾病、突发意外、天气变化等不可抗力或其他个人原因导致客人无法准时参团,建议您可将此行程转给他人使用,我司也可免费为您提供变更客人预订的服务,如您确实需要将行程变更或延迟,我们将尽力协助您减少损失,但无法为您承担此部分费用,具体规则如下:
1. 出团日37天以前:
延期或更改行程:不收取任何罚金
2. 出团日37天(含)之内:
延期或更改行程,需扣除第一晚酒店费用及已预订的项目费用后,剩余团款转至变更后的订单中
Cancelation Policy:
1. For cancelations or changing within 14 days of the tour date, no refund will be given.
2. Cancellation or change more than 14 days before departure, 70% of the fee will be refunded.
Change Policy:
If you are unable to participate in the tour due to transportation issues, a government shutdown, illness, accident, sudden changes in weather, or other unforeseen and unpreventable personal circumstances, it is suggested that you transfer the booked itinerary to someone else. Our company can change the name on the booking for free. If you decide to change or postpone your itinerary, we will do our best to minimize the loss to you, but there are some costs we are not able to recover. Thus, changes will be made in accordance with the following policy:
1. For changes or postponements made more than 37 days ahead of the tour date, no fee will be charged.
2. For changes or postponements made within 37 days of the tour date, after deducting the fees for activities that have already been booked, the remainder of your payment will be applied to the cost of your new itinerary.

3. 请您至少于出团日期前10天提供客人电话号码,否则无法发送最终出团通知。
参团须知:
1. 此行程需要您持有带有本人照片的有效证件,如:带有美国签证的本国护照,美国居民身份证,美国驾照等;
2. 该产品为英文服务,需要客人具备一定的英语交流能力,请客人根据自身情况报名参加;
3. 该产品需要客人自行抵达集合地点,客人如因个人原因(包括且不限于疾病、意外事故、迟到等)未能按照约定的集合时间和地点与导游汇合,而错失上车机会导致行程项目无法参加的,当日参团费用无法退还,温馨提示:
请您至少提前30分钟到达集合地点
您可以在出发前1-2天拨打紧急联系电话,再次确认集合时间和地点
4. 阿拉斯加夏季游览项目多以户外自然景观为主,游览过程中请您务必听从导游或向导指挥,与大自然和谐相处;
5. 阿拉斯加夏季部分地区温度较低,请您按自身状况装备保暖衣物,如:冲锋衣、抓绒衣、帽子、围巾等;
6. 阿拉斯加路边观景点较多,下车游览时严禁游客在道路中间停留或拍照,由此造成任何安全事故,游客需自行承担;
7. 18岁以下未成年人不可单独参团,需要至少一名成年人全程陪同;出于对孕妇安全的考虑,孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周;
8. 如您未及时预订行程中相关的自费项目,团上可与导游联系预订,此费用将以现金形式收取;
9. 如受不可抗力因素(包括且不限于:自然灾害、政府或社会行为、意外事故或故障、道路阻断等)影响,以维护整个旅游团客人的安全与权益为第一前提的条件下,根据现场实际情况,我方有权利采取相应措施,并进行适当的调整,如临时更改行程的时间或内容甚至取消部分或全部游览景点等,并保留最终解释权。相关旅游费用无法退还,由此产生的额外费用(如:酒店延住,车导服务,用餐,机票改签等)需客人自行承担;
自然灾害:洪水、地震、冰雹、暴风雪、海啸等
政府或社会行为:战争、罢工、游行、政权交替、政策变化、恐怖分子威胁等
意外事故或故障:交通工具如游览车等突发故障、游玩设备突然损坏、交通事故等阻断道路通行等
道路阻断:天气、交通事故等客观原因导致的公路封路

Essential Information About Booking:
1. The minimum number of people for each tour is four; please check in advance about whether the minimum has been reached.
2. Please provide us with your phone number at least 10 days ahead of your tour. Otherwise we will be unable to send you the final confirmation.
Essential Information About the Tour:
1. This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.
2. Please be aware, if you are not able to meet your guide at the appointed time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, running late, etc.), and thus miss the chance to board the bus and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee.
Please arrive at the check in location least 30 minutes early.
You may call us within 1 to 2 days of your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location.
3. Summer tours in Alaska primarily involve outdoor natural attractions. During your tour please follow the instructions of your guide in order to stay safe and protect the natural environment.
4. Some places in Alaska can be relatively cold in summer. Please bring warm clothes, such as a wind and water-proof jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, etc.
5. Alaska has many scenic views that can be seen from the road. When stopping by the side of the road to take in the scenery, do not linger or take pictures in the middle of the road. Guests must take responsibility for any accidents caused by such behavior.
6. Minors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a wavier signed by a legal guardian. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
7. If, due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e. extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.
Natural disasters: flood, earthquake, hail, snowstorm, tsunami, etc.
Political & social situations: war, shutdown, protest, regime change, policy change, terrorist attack, etc.
Accidents and malfunctions: tour bus or other transportation equipment malfunction, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accident or other blockage of roads, etc.
Road closures: roads impassable due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.
