Today we will head to the Grand Canyon West Rim, where you get to soar the canyon and float on top the Colorado River! Experience the Grand Canyon from a whole new level when you take flight in a helicopter and float in a pontoon. You can explore even more of the Grand Canyon from above and below the rim with the tour.
Itinerary:
Las Vegas → Grand Canyon West Rim (3 hours, include the ticket to Helicopter and Pontoon Tour) → Hoover Dam (pass by) → Las Vegas
*According to Hoover Dam security regulations, all vehicles and visitors entering the scenic area are prohibited from carrying any luggage other than small personal bags (including but not limited to suitcases, oversized backpacks, etc.). To ensure smooth operations, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to guests carrying non-compliant luggage. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated!

The West Rim is the western end of the Colorado Canyon. It is a protected area of the Hualapai Indian Tribe. It was developed by investors and is not managed by the Grand Canyon National Park. It is within a three-hour one-way drive from Las Vegas. A U-shaped glass corridor, known as Skywalk, was also built here for everyone to feel the height and excitement of the canyon.

1. The cost of transportation to/from the place of departure.
2. Service charge for tour guide and driver: minimum US$15/person/day, based on the number of travel days, mandatory.

预订须知：此自费项目体验时间为20分钟，最大限制体重为300磅/人，若您的体重超出安全范围，不建议参加此活动。若您仍要参加，可能会面临现场被直升机公司收取额外费用或劝退的情况，额外收取的费用需您自行承担；如您被劝退，预先支付的费用我司可退还给您。
4人成行，活动当日可能因人数不足或天气原因取消此行程，请以团上安排为准。
Note: This self-funded project lasts 20 minutes and the maximum weight limit is 300 pounds per person. If your weight exceeds the safe range, it is not recommended to participate in this activity. If you still want to participate, you may be charged extra fees or persuaded to leave by the helicopter company on site. The extra fees will be borne by you; if you are persuaded to leave, our company can refund you the prepaid fees.
Minimum 4 participants required. The tour may be cancelled on the day due to insufficient participants or adverse weather conditions. All arrangements are subject to the final decision of the tour group.

↩退改政策Cancellation Policy
1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前17日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 在出发前10日 (含) 至 16日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣50% 团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前9日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
d. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团，单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。
2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
4. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
5. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
6. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
7. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
8. 趣环游巴士团分为了四个等级：银榜惠享、金榜怡享、白金尊享、钻石臻享，详情请查看产品分级（点击蓝色字体查看）。
9. 趣环游可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》（点击蓝色字体查看）。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。
10. 面对持续上涨的燃油成本，车辆运营成本大大增加，2026年5月18日（出发班期）起，趣环游的巴士团产品需加收交通附加费$5/人/天，导游将在行程中统一收取。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据美国联邦法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 趣环游的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
5. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
8. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
9. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law.
