预计早上在酒店大堂集合后，乘车前往马塔努斯卡冰川（Matanuska Glacier），在专业向导的带领下进行冰川徒步体验（约2小时）。马塔努斯卡冰川是阿拉斯加最大的可以乘车抵达的冰川，被归类为山谷冰川，其在自身重力作用下就像一条河流覆盖在山谷中，从楚加奇山脉向北蜿蜒流至葛兰高速公路，是安克雷奇和格伦纳伦之间最热门的景点。跟随向导一起，在这个有万年历史的冰川上，感受一望无际的纯白和冰川形成的湛蓝冰洞。由于山谷冰川的地貌特征，冬季比周边地区更容易出现阳光明媚的天气，因此马塔努斯卡冰川是很多冰川徒步者的不二之选。且这片区域因为冰川和绵羊山的加成，成为阿拉斯加景色最壮丽和令人惊叹的地区之一。
如您在行程当天需要搭乘飞机离开安克雷奇，为避免发生误机风险，请您安排22:00之后起飞的航班。

In the morning, after meeting in the hotel lobby, you'll travel by car to Matanuska Glacier for a glacier hike (approximately two hours) led by a professional guide . Matanuska Glacier is Alaska's largest accessible glacier. Classified as a valley glacier, it flows through the valley like a river, flowing north from the Chugach Mountains to the Glen Highway. It's a popular destination between Anchorage and Glennallen. Join your guide as you journey across this 10,000-year-old glacier, admiring the endless expanse of pure white and the azure ice caves carved by the glacier. Due to its valley glacier-like topography, Matanuska Glacier enjoys more sunny weather in winter than surrounding areas, making it a popular choice for glacier hikers. The glacier and Sheep Mountain create one of the most breathtaking and stunning scenery in Alaska.
If you need to fly out of Anchorage on the day of your trip, please arrange a flight departing after 22:00 to avoid the risk of missing your flight.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to wear a warm down jacket, velvet jacket, hat, scarf, anti-ski boots, sunglasses, etc. , pay attention to the safety of your feet.
2. Be sure to comply with the guide requirements during the walk and sign the disclaimer required by the Park Service.
3. Free walking equipment such as helmets and non-slip shoe chains.

1. Transportation to/from Alaska, and transportation within Alaska that is not included in the itinerary.
2. Optional activities and entrance fees not included in the itinerary (Prices are subject to change without prior notice; Tickets should be purchased from the tour guide).
3. Breakfast, Lunch, dinner, and other meals not included in the itinerary.
4. In accordance with local standards, you may tip your guide based on the quality of their service. Standard tips are as follows: on-board guide: $20 per person; glacier hiking guide: $10–20 per person. Please pay tips to your guide on the day of your tour, to express your respect and gratitude for their work.
5. All other expenses not explicitly included in the itinerary or agreed upon arrangements.

取消政策：
1. 出发前17天内取消行程，收取全部团费；
2. 出发前16-27天内取消行程，收取团费的50%；
3. 出发前26-37天取消行程，收取团费的30%
改签政策：
由于交通工具、设备故障、政府罢工、客人疾病、突发意外、天气变化等不可抗力或其他个人原因导致客人无法准时参团，建议您可将此行程转给他人使用，我司也可免费为您提供变更客人预订的服务，如您确实需要将行程变更或延迟，我们将尽力协助您减少损失，但无法为您承担此部分费用，具体规则如下：
1. 出团日37天以前：
延期或更改行程：不收取任何罚金
2. 出团日37天（含）之内：
延期或更改行程，需扣除第一晚酒店费用及已预订的项目费用后，剩余团款转至变更后的订单中
Cancelation Policy:
1. For cancelations within 17 days of the tour date, no refund will be given.
2. For cancelations between 16 to 27 days from the tour date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
3. For cancelations between 26 to 37 days from the tour date, 70% of the fee will be refunded.
Change Policy:
If you are unable to participate in the tour due to transportation issues, a government shutdown, illness, accident, sudden changes in weather, or other unforeseen and unpreventable personal circumstances, it is suggested that you transfer the booked itinerary to someone else. Our company can change the name on the booking for free. If you decide to change or postpone your itinerary, we will do our best to minimize the loss to you, but there are some costs we are not able to recover. Thus, changes will be made in accordance with the following policy:
1. For changes or postponements made more than 37 days ahead of the tour date, no fee will be charged.
2. For changes or postponements made within 37 days of the tour date, after deducting the fees for activities that have already been booked, the remainder of your payment will be applied to the cost of your new itinerary.

报名须知：
1. 此行程由当地专业中英文导游接待（已注明项目除外），最低参团人数为4人起，请您提前确认成团情况；
2. 出发日期前1天截止报名；
3. 请您至少于出团日期前10天提供客人电话号码，否则无法发送最终出团通知。
参团须知：
1. 此行程需要您持有带有本人照片的有效证件，如：带有美国签证的本国护照，美国居民身份证，美国驾照等；
2. 如行程内标注时间与导游现场通知时间有出入，请以导游通知时间为准；
3. 阿拉斯加夏季部分地区温度较低，请您按自身状况准备保暖衣物，如：冲锋衣、抓绒衣、帽子、围巾等；
4. 阿拉斯加夏季游览项目多以户外自然景观为主，游览过程中请您务必听从导游或向导指挥，与大自然和谐相处；
5. 阿拉斯加路边观景点较多，下车游览时严禁游客在道路中间停留或拍照，由此造成任何安全事故，游客需自行承担；
6. 18岁以下未成年人参团，需要至少一名成年人全程陪同，或提交由监护人签字的免责声明；出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周；
7. 如您未及时预订行程中相关的自费项目，团上可与导游联系预订，此费用将以现金形式收取；
8. 客人如因个人原因（包括且不限于疾病、意外事故、迟到等）未能按照约定的集合时间和地点与导游汇合，而错失上车机会导致行程项目无法参加的，当日参团费用无法退还，温馨提示：
请您至少提前10-15分钟到达集合地点
您可以在出发前1-2天拨打紧急联系电话，再次确认集合时间和地点
9. 如受不可抗力因素（包括且不限于：自然灾害、政府或社会行为、意外事故或故障、道路阻断等）影响，以维护整个旅游团客人的安全与权益为第一前提的条件下，根据现场实际情况，我方有权利采取相应措施，并进行适当的调整，如临时更改行程的时间或内容甚至取消部分或全部游览景点等，并保留最终解释权。相关旅游费用无法退还，由此产生的额外费用（如：酒店延住，车导服务，用餐，机票改签等）需客人自行承担；
自然灾害：洪水、地震、冰雹、暴风雪、海啸等
政府或社会行为：战争、罢工、游行、政权交替、政策变化、恐怖分子威胁等
意外事故或故障：交通工具如游览车等突发故障、游玩设备突然损坏、交通事故等阻断道路通行等
道路阻断：天气、交通事故等客观原因导致的公路封路

Essential Information About Booking:
1. This tour is led by a professional Chinese-English guide (except where otherwise noted). The minimum number of guest for each tour is 4, please check in advance about whether the minimum has been reached.
2. Please provide us with your phone number at least 10 days ahead of your tour. Otherwise we will be unable to send you the final confirmation.
Essential Information About the Tour:
1. This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.
2. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of.
3. Some places in Alaska can be relatively cold in summer. Please bring warm clothes, such as a wind and water-proof jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, etc.
4. Summer tours in Alaska primarily involve outdoor natural attractions. During your tour please follow the instructions of your guide in order to stay safe and protect the natural environment.
5. Alaska has many scenic views that can be seen from the road. When stopping by the side of the road to take in the scenery, do not linger or take pictures in the middle of the road. Guests must take responsibility for any accidents caused by such behavior.
6. Minors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a wavier signed by a legal guardian. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
7. If you didn’t book any optional activities available on the tour in advance, you can talk with your guide about booking these activities. In this case payment must be made in cash.
8. Please be aware, if you are not able to meet your guide at the appointed time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, running late, etc.), and thus miss the chance to board the bus and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee.
Please arrive at the pick-up location least 10 to 15 minutes early.
You may call us within 1 to 2 days of your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location.
9. If, due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e. extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.
Natural disasters: flood, earthquake, hail, snowstorm, tsunami, etc.
Political & social situations: war, shutdown, protest, regime change, policy change, terrorist attack, etc.
Accidents and malfunctions: tour bus or other transportation equipment malfunction, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accident or other blockage of roads, etc.
Road closures: roads impassable due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.
