Warm tips: Given the current high popularity of the park, all admission places must be booked in advance. Since this ticket type is a specified date ticket and can only be used on the day of reservation, please confirm the travel date when booking the tour.

If guests plan to enjoy a three-day in-depth tour of Universal Studios during their stay in Orlando, and want to get 100% admission to EPIC Universal Studios, buy this ticket! Only an additional $60/person is required as an "upgrade fee" (reservation fee) to unlock access to three major parks: Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe! For the day, guests will be provided several itinerary options (Optional Activities):
A. Visit the world famous Dezerland Park Orlando. With over 20+ thrilling indoor attractions, experience the excitement at the longest indoor karting track in Florida, dive into the thrill of the largest pinball arcade in the state, and immerse yourself in one of the world’s most extensive car collections in the world at the Orlando Auto Museum. After that, we will drive guests to the Airport (please book a flight after 15:00).
B. You may head to the Orlando Premium Outlets to go shopping (please book your flight departure after 14:00).
C. Ride the exciting helicopter tour that overlooks the stunning view of the city of Orlando. After finishing the tour, we will drive guests to the Airport (please book flight after 14:00).
D. Add one more day to visit the parks, you can select Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure or SeaWorld Orlando. In the end, our tour guide will take guests to the airport. Please book the flight departure after 18:00.
For the guests who decide to visit Kennedy Space Center 1-Day Tour (Tour Departure Date: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday), please book the flight departure after 19:00.

1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；

a. 如果团组在出发前17日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 在出发前10日 (含) 至 16日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣50% 团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前9日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
d. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或两张Double Size的双床房。每个房间可合法住宿的最多人数在2 到4 人，包括成人和儿童。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
9. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
10. 奥兰多团在报名时可预先选择想去的主题乐园园区或一日游，也可选择到达之后跟专业导游实时咨询，再决定最终选择。
11. 所有主题乐园均无导游陪同入园。
12. 水上乐园季节限定（以各水上乐园开放时间为准）。迪士尼水上乐园不能指定园区，开放飓风或者暴风雪视气候情况（可能同时开放，同时关闭或只开放其中一个），您计划出行日的开放情况可通过点击其网站来查询。

1）接机、送机当天如无其他巴士行程安排，不收取燃油附加费。
2）不涉及巴士用车服务的天数不收取燃油附加费：例如佛州相关产品中客人自行搭乘园区接驳车往返主题乐园，或火车团产品中当天全程为火车行程且无导游及巴士服务等情况。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. Guests can select and book the theme park tickets or one-day tours in advance when booking a tour package. Or they can choose to consult with a professional tour guide in real-time upon arrival before deciding the final choice.
11. Please be aware that all theme park tours are without a tour guide.
12. The water parks are available seasonally. (The open time is according to the actual schedule of each park).
13. LEGOLAND Theme Park will be available every day. LEGOLAND Water Park will be available seasonally. LEGOLAND Water Park is a limited option with LEGOLAND Theme Park. Guests who choose to visit LEGOLAND Theme Park may pay an additional upgrade fee of $30 per person for the admission to LEGOLAND Water Park. Each group of guests will be charged an extra transportation and service fee: $100 for 1-4 persons, $20 for each additional person (the service fee is $15/person/day).
14. Disney's Magic Kingdom will have night events during Halloween and Christmas, and guests with regular tickets need to leave the venue before 18:00 (The dates involved and the leave time of the day can be viewed on Disney's official website.); if you want to participate in night events, you need to purchase additional tickets.

16. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

This product features small group tours with a maximum of 14 people, designed to maximize travel comfort and enhance the overall experience for tourists, offering more personalized services to each participant. Special note: This does not apply during the peak season from December 15 to January 3 of the following year. Specific group configurations are subject to our company's official announcements.
18. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.
Notes:
1）No fuel surcharge will be charged on the day of airport pick-up or take-off when no any other itinerary is scheduled.

Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.

6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
