3. 赏鲸活动属自然现象，不保证必然观测成功。若因天气、海况或其他不可抗力因素导致当日未能观测到任何鲸类，船公司将依据其政策签发一张不可转让之赏鲸体验礼券，供旅客于指定期限内再次参与赏鲸行程。上述补偿及相关安排以船公司最终规定为准。
4. 船上会为您准备水和小零食，您也可以携带食物和饮料、相机、防晒霜、帽子、墨镜、防水防滑鞋和防风保暖外套。请确保所有饮料都密封，以免泄漏！
We will depart from the historic fishing village of Steveston, and our trip will pass through the Strait of Georgia and then through the Canadian Gulf Islands. The marine life that can be observed in our waters include killer whales, humpback whales, seals, California sea lions, etc. You can also see bald eagles and various wonders of the underwater world. Professional guides will interpret the natural codes on the sea for you: you can see the water mist sprayed by whales illuminated by the morning sun, reflecting the fleeting colorful halo, when the mother whale guards the cub close to the side of the ship, you can clearly see their barnacle-mottled skin, and the one that suddenly jumps out of the sea may be a naughty killer whale, and you may also see happy sea sloths and dolphins swimming beside the boat.

1. Most hotels in Richmond offer door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services. The specific information needs to be confirmed twice.

If you choose to go to the pier by yourself, it is recommended to arrive at the pier 20 minutes before the boat departs.
Notes:
1. Whale watching usually lasts 3-5 hours. The actual time may vary depending on weather conditions or the location of the whales. Please understand and arrange your time appropriately.
2. This activity requires going out to sea by boat. Please assess whether you are suitable for participation based on your health condition. If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medicine in advance and take protective measures (such as carrying windproof clothing).
3. Whale watching is subject to natural phenomena, and sightings are not guaranteed. Should no whales be observed on the day of the trip due to weather, sea conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, the cruise company will issue a non-transferable whale watching experience voucher in accordance with its policy. This voucher may be redeemed for another whale watching tour within the specified timeframe. The above compensation and related arrangements are subject to the cruise company’s final regulations.
4. Water and snacks will be prepared for you, and you can also bring food and drinks, cameras, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, waterproof and non-slip shoes, and windproof and warm jackets. Please make sure all drinks are sealed to prevent leakage!

↩退改政策Cancellation Policy
1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组距出发日期5天以上要求取消或改期者，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 如果团组在出发前5日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
c. 如贵司或客人因个人原因(无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 5 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 5 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
c. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
d. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团，单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。如果订单内含儿童，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知儿童年龄，否则将按成人标准在现场收取费用。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。
2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
4. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
5. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
6. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
7. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
8. 为了让您的行程更加顺利，强烈建议您在订团时一并订购门票、餐饮套餐等项目，出团前7天内及出团期间不提供任何加订服务。
9. 系统中为美金含税价格。如您需要支付加币，所有加币价格不含5%GST。
10. 客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件和材料，能否出入境以各国海关的决定为准，无法入境属不可抗力因素，已付团费不能退还。

13. 面对持续上涨的燃油成本，车辆运营成本大大增加，2026年5月18日（出发班期）起，趣环游的巴士团产品需加收交通附加费CAD$5/人/天，导游将在行程中统一收取。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据相关法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. If the order includes children, please make sure to inform our customer service of the age of the children in advance when placing the order, otherwise the children will be charged on-site according as adults. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
5. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
8. In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order, and we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date and during the tour.
9. The price in the system is US dollars including tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST.
10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
12. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of CAD 5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law.
