Today we will drive to Cape May from New York. Cape May is the southernmost point in New Jersey and a year-round destination for families, couples, photographers, artists, and nature enthusiasts. In the afternoon, you can take the Cape May Whale Watcher to watch whales and dolphins, or experience intense and exciting water sports and take on an adventure! Walking on the beach at night, feeling the sea breeze or going to a bar, it will leave you with a enjoyable experience you never forget!

During the trip, your fun and knowledgeable boat Captain will slow things down to inform you on geological and historical points of interest, point out indigenous wildlife and provide extraordinary photo opportunities. The trips are informative and exhilarating, suitable for the entire family.
Approximately a 60-minute-long jet boat ride on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Cape May Harbor, including spins, tricks, and a high-speed adrenaline adventures you'll never forget!
Kindly Reminder:
1. Safety is # 1, therefore, very small children are prohibited from the first two rows and side seats. The Captain reserves the right to alter, designate, or change any passenger's seat for any reason at any time.
2. The boats are FAST and LOUD smaller children must be at least 44" tall (avg. 5 yr. old) to be seated properly in their seats.
3. Anyone under 18 must have parent or guardian fill out liability waivers. Any child under 14 yrs old must be accompanied by a paying adult on the boat.
4. We do provide life jackets prior to boarding the vessel. The boats are also equipped with the appropriate number of adult and child emergency life vests located under the seats of the vessel. The crew will point them out.
5. Identification, cash and credit card: Handy for jet boat captain gratuity. Please leave pocketbooks, backpacks, and beach bags secured in your vehicle.
6. Electronic Devices: Many people bring cameras and cell phones, however, due to the nature of our trips, large amounts of water are possible. Therefore, East Coast cannot be responsible for damage to any electronic equipment including cell phone and other water sensitive items such as hearing aids and electronic ignition keys. All items are brought at your own risk.
7. Smoking and alcohol is prohibited on the jet boats, on/at the loading dock or parking lot area.
8. During May and September, when the weather is cooler, we suggest you dress warmly or in layers. During the warmer months, June, July, and August the typical attire is shorts, t-shirts, sandals, and flip flops. Bring along, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Be prepared to get wet and dress according to your comfort level. We suggest wearing clothes that dry quickly and perhaps steer away from denim pants or shorts and leather footwear.

Jet Ski rentals are a great way to live life to the fullest this summer without breaking your budget. Experience the thrill of blasting off on a brand new three-seater waverunners and jet skis! Prior to your adventure, you will be given a safety briefing on the State and Local personal watercraft regulations by a USCG licensed captain. You also will be instructed on the safe operation of your Jet Ski so you will be fully informed about your rental! Then you will be escorted out to East Coast's large, safe riding area, and your boundaries will be identified for your safety.
Kindly Reminder:
1. All renters/drivers must be 18 or older with valid photo ID and credit card.
2. Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during rental usage. Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age.
3. Passengers must be at least 44" tall.
4. Rentals are inspected before and after rental period. Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs.
5. All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms. The company reserve the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enough for certain rentals.
6. The driver/renter must speak/understand English fluently as per our insurance requirements.
7. A $500 per watercraft deposit is required for each rental. This deposit is done with a credit card prior to your rental. All rentals need a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! If damage occurs and machine cannot be rented until repairs are made, you will lose the entire deposit.

Experience the high-flying thrill, panoramic views and pure excitement of parasailing at the Jersey Shore! Come soar at 500ft over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in historic Cape May, New Jersey. Our brand-new custom-built parasail boats will allow a smooth and easy takeoff and landing. Each parasailer, or tandem group of parasailers, will slowly lift off from the back of the boat with ease. You will enjoy the ride in a comfortable swing-like harness in a seated position. Each parasailer, tandem, or triple, will then softly land on the back of the boat in the same sitting position. A dip in the water is optional, and recommended, but you will always take off from and land on the boat.
Kindly Reminder:
1. When asked, please be sure to tell the captain your correct weight. Weather, wind, sea, and weight of each flyer are all factors that play a part in the captain's decision on single, tandem, or triple flying.
2. Safety is the number one priority. The captains have the final say in flying order and single, tandem, and triple flights.
3. Minimum weight to fly alone is roughly 150lbs; Not exceeding roughly 400 lbs in tandem or triple.
4. No child under 5 permitted on our boats, although participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel.
5. If the flyer is less than 150 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with another parasailer, with their combined weight not to exceed roughly 400 pounds. Weight requirements may change on any given day or time due to the wind conditions. Again, safety is always our number one priority.
6. In the unlikely event of a mechanical malfunction, all participants are required to wear lifejackets while parasailing and you'll be in the safe hands of our highly trained crew.

This morning, you will have free time in Cape May. You can watch the sunrise on the beach. Morey's Piers, beachfront water park, and Ocean Oasis Water Park are suitable for children and families of all ages! You can also personally experience the famous Wildwoods Boardwalk. In the afternoon, we will go to the Cape May County Park & Zoo. Then we will return to New York.

↩退改政策Cancellation Policy
1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前17日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 在出发前10日 (含) 至 16日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣50% 团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前9日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
d. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：

2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或两张Double Size的双床房。每个房间可合法住宿的最多人数在2 到4 人，包括成人和儿童。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
9. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
10. 趣环游可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》（点击蓝色字体查看）。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。
11. 面对持续上涨的燃油成本，车辆运营成本大大增加，2026年5月18日（出发班期）起，趣环游的巴士团产品需加收交通附加费美境：$5/人/天、加境：CAD$5/人/天，导游将在行程中统一收取。
特殊说明：
1）接机、送机当天如无其他巴士行程安排，不收取燃油附加费。
2）不涉及巴士用车服务的天数不收取燃油附加费：例如佛州相关产品中客人自行搭乘园区接驳车往返主题乐园，或火车团产品中当天全程为火车行程且无导游及巴士服务等情况。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据美国联邦法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会有每晚至少250 美元的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 趣环游的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。
8. 仅针对包含接机服务的产品：同一订单仅提供一次免费接机时间范围内的接机服务，如因天气、航班延误等造成无法安排，请自理交通费用。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
11. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.
Notes:
1）No fuel surcharge will be charged on the day of airport pick-up or take-off when no any other itinerary is scheduled.
2）The surcharge is waived on days without transportation services. For instance, guests taking resort shuttles to theme parks in Florida tours, or full-day train itineraries with no tour guide or coach services included.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
