The Colosseum is the iconic symbol of Imperial Rome and one of Rome’s most popular tourist attractions! It is an oval amphitheater located in the center of the city of Rome and east of the Roman Forum. It is the largest ancient amphitheater ever built and is still the largest standing amphitheater in the world today. 

The Arch of Constantine, located on the west side of the Colosseum, is 25.7 meters long, 7.4 meters wide, and 21 meters high. It has three arches with exquisite sculptures and is magnificent. It was built to commemorate Constantine the Great's victory over Emperor Maxentius and the unification of the Roman Empire. There were 21 triumphal arches in ancient Rome, but only three remain in Rome today. The Arch of Constantine is one of them, and the other two are located in the Roman Forum.

The Vittoriano Monument to the Unification of Italy (Il Vittoriano), also known as the Victor Emmanuel II Monument, is located on Piazza Venezia, Rome's largest square. Completed in 1911, it commemorates the unification of Italy and the patron saint of King Vittorio Emanuele II. Due to its shape and color, it has been nicknamed the "Wedding Cake" or "Typewriter." This neoclassical white marble structure took 25 years to complete. Its most striking feature is its curved facade, formed by 16 columns, which combines grandeur and sophistication.

The Trevi Fountain is another magnificent location to visit on your trip to Italy! It is a fountain in the Trevi district in Rome. The proper throwing of coins into the Trevi fountain for good luck is a habit extremely common. In order to do so, you must place the coin in your right hand and toss it over your left shoulder! 

Located at the end of the Gran Vía, the most conspicuous thing in the center of the square is the Cervantes Monument. Directly in front of the Cervantes statue are the images of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, the protagonists of his book "Don Quixote".

Perched on top of a beautiful hill in scenic Val d’Orcia, Pienza is a small town with incredible history. Originally just a village like many others in the area, Pienza saw its history and fame change in the late 1400s. At that time, the town gave birth to Enea Silvio Piccolomini, aka Pope Pius II, who decided to honor his town by turning it into an ‘ideal city’. A follower of Humanist vision and philosophy, he turned Pienza into an urban utopia and we can still see the result of his vision today. Today, Pienza is a beautiful hilltop town in Tuscany with a distinct character, stunning location and interesting history.

Located in Piazza Conchiglia in the heart of Siena, Siena's Town Hall, built in 1297, is a medieval structure influenced by Gothic architecture. Constructed of stone on the lower level and brick on the upper level, the building features a gently curved facade with evenly spaced oculus holes. The central section of the facade features two tiers of Gothic pointed-arch three-panel windows, while the sides and top of the second floor are lined with Lombard-style blind arches.

Located in the heart of history, art, and culture, the Duomo di Siena is a prime example of both Romanesque and Gothic architecture in Italy. As one of Italy's largest cathedrals, it remains unfinished according to design. The marble floors depict historical and biblical stories. The 56 panels were the work of numerous artists, with the earliest carvings consisting of white marble inlaid with black stucco. These precious panels are only on display at certain times of the year. The exterior walls are primarily striped with white and dark green marble, and the facade is adorned with ornate façade sculptures, most of which are replicas; the originals are housed in the Opera Museum within the cathedral.

Piazzale Michelangelo (Michelangelo Square) is a square with a panoramic view of Florence, Italy, located in the Oltrarno district.

The Florence Duomo, also known as Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, is located in Duomo Square, its construction began at the end of the 13th century under the design of Arnolfo di Cambio, a famous architect and sculptor who loved the Gothic style.

The Ponte Vecchio is a medieval stone closed-spandrel segmental arch bridge over the Arno, in Florence, Italy. The only bridge in Florence spared from destruction during World War II, it is noted for the shops built along it; building shops on such bridges was once a common practice. Butchers, tanners, and farmers initially occupied the shops; the present tenants are jewellers, art dealers, and souvenir sellers. The Ponte Vecchio's two neighbouring bridges are the Ponte Santa Trinita and the Ponte alle Grazie.

The monumental baroque church dominates Krakowskie Przedmieście with its two high towers, and the sculpture of Christ carrying the cross standing in front of the entrance is one of the most recognizable sights in Warsaw. The world's largest Gothic cathedral is not only a church or a building, but also the spiritual symbol and landmark of Milan, a miracle in the history of world architecture and world civilization. Architectural Features There are 135 spires in the cathedral, each with a statue. Sculptures and spires are one of the characteristics of Gothic architecture. Milan Cathedral fully demonstrates this feature, so it is also the Gothic cathedral with the most statues in the world.

The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a covered arcade street named after King Vittorio Emanuele II of the unified Italy. It is considered one of the most beautiful commercial arcades in Europe. The arcade was built by the designer in imitation of the classical commercial arcades in Paris. The two intersecting corridors are in the shape of a cross, 198 meters long from north to south and 105 meters long from east to west. The two glass-vaulted corridors meet in the octagonal space in the middle, with a glass dome above. The sun shines through the glass roof and shines on the exquisite reliefs and murals below, emitting a sacred golden light.

Verona is the largest city in the region of Veneto in Italy, with 255,131 inhabitants. It is one of the seven provincial capitals of the region, and is the largest city municipality in the region and in northeastern Italy. 

Casa di Giulietta, one of the most famous places in the city of Verona and an absolute reference point for lovers of the world, is a medieval palace in Verona, where the Dal Cappello family probably lived since the 13th century. The family gave its name to the street and the emblem is carved into a relief in the keystone of the internal arch of the building's courtyard.

St. Mark's Square is unique among European city squares. It is located in the city center, but it is not as noisy as other squares, thanks to the quiet water traffic in Venice. As a landmark of Venice, it is favored by tourists, photographers and even pigeons. There is a circle of exquisite Renaissance-style buildings on the edge of the square. St. Mark's Basilica, the Mint, and the Doge's Palace are located on the east side of the square. On the south side are the bell tower and the new and old parliament buildings. Climbing the bell tower, you can overlook the entire square.

The Church of St. Mark is a Serbian Orthodox church located in the Tašmajdan park in Belgrade. It was built in the Serbo-Byzantine style by the Krstić brothers and was completed in 1940. It was completed on the site of a previous church dating back to 1835. Today, it is one of the largest churches in the country. 

The Bridge of Sighs is a Baroque-style stone bridge located on the side of the Doge's Palace. It is one of the most famous bridges in Venice. It is a sealed arch bridge building, and you can only look out through the small windows on the bridge. The two ends of the bridge connect the court and the prison. Death row prisoners pass through this bridge before execution and sigh about their impending life, hence the name "Bridge of Sighs". The current Bridge of Sighs is the bridge in the movie "Bridge of Sighs" where the exiled hero and heroine promised each other for life at sunset, thus sweeping away its gloomy and ominous atmosphere.

Venice is a very unique city, with water as the entrance and the river as the street. Apart from buildings and squares, there is almost no land in the city. Venice has no roads, no cars, no traffic lights, only winding waterways, boats coming and going, and more than 400 bridges of different styles. The unique Venetian gondola has a unique name - "gondola". This light, slender, and uniquely shaped boat has a history of more than a thousand years. It has always been a means of transportation for Venetians living on the lagoon.

Perugia is the main city in Umbria. The ancient Etruscan city (founded around the 6th century BC) became an important medieval centre.

The Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Order of Friars Minor Conventual in Assisi, a town in the Umbria region in central Italy, where Saint Francis was born and died. It is a papal minor basilica and one of the most important places of Christian pilgrimage in Italy.

Piazza del Comune is the central square of the old town of Assisi in Umbria, Italy, where streets leading to various city gates converge. The square is home to the most prominent buildings in the city's society, politics, and culture.

Orvieto is a city and comune in the Province of Terni, southwestern Umbria, Italy, situated on the flat summit of a large butte of volcanic tuff. The city rises dramatically above the almost-vertical faces of tuff cliffs that are completed by defensive walls built of the same stone.

The ancient city of Bagnoregio is said to be the prototype of Hayao Miyazaki's "Castle in the Sky", so it is also known as the "Castle in the Sky". The ancient city was built during the Etruscan civilization period. It is about 300 meters long and 200 meters wide. Because it is located on the top of volcanic tuff, it collapsed after several earthquakes. In the 19th century, it could only be connected to the outside world by a bridge about one kilometer long. From a distance, it looks like a castle in the sky.
