It is known as one of the seven wonders of the world. The abundant and vast water vapor shocks all the visitors who come to watch it. Today we will enjoy the beauty of the falls.

Special Notes:
1. Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour will be open to the public from mid April to the end of October (depending on the freezing conditions of the river). After the boat is closed, the itinerary will be replaced by the Journey Behind the Falls (including tickets).
2. The attractions that include tickets in the itinerary are gift items. If they cannot be opened on the same day due to force majeure, temporary closure of the scenic area, or other reasons, no additional ticket compensation or alternative arrangements will be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The name of Niagara Falls comes from the Indian language, which means "water of the god of thunder". It is the general name of three waterfalls on the Niagara River in the Great Lakes region of North America. It is known as the world's three major transnational waterfalls along with Iguazu Falls and Victoria Falls. Niagara Falls is famous for its beautiful scenery, huge hydroelectric power generation capacity and extremely challenging environmental protection projects. The entire waterfall spans Ontario, Canada and New York State, USA, forming the Niagara Gorge in the south. Among them, the Horseshoe Falls is located on the border between the United States and Canada, and the American Falls are all located in the United States and separated by Goat Island. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls is also in the United States, separated from the American Falls by Luna Island.

The entrance to the Cave of the Winds is on Goat Island, where there is a small museum and a small cinema. Located east of Chilliwack, Bridal Veil Falls Park is a scenic day-use area. The landscape encompassing the park is characterized by low elevation valleys and lush, rounded mountains. Visitors can enjoy picnicking, hiking, and viewing the spectacular Bridal Veil Falls, which tumbles 60 metres over a smooth rock face, creating a veil-like effect.

The American Falls is the second largest of the three waterfalls that together are known as Niagara Falls on the Niagara River along the Canada–United States border. Unlike the much larger Horseshoe Falls, of which approximately 90% is in Ontario, Canada, and 10% in the U.S. state of New York, the American Falls is entirely within the United States.

At the edge of the Horseshoe Falls you’ll find the famous Table Rock Complex, where millions of people from around the world travel every year for a first-class view of the majestic Niagara Falls. The "Table Rock" got its name from a large rock shelf that used to sit a little further north of where the Table Rock Complex stands today. It has fabulous lookout points that place you mere yards away from the thundering Horseshoe Falls. The Niagara Falls boat is always the most famous way to have fun at Niagara Falls. Put on a thin red raincoat, take the white double-decker cruise ship, and the most exciting waterfall trip will begin. The Niagara Falls boat, which looks quite historic but very sturdy, will bravely sail all the way from the river bank to the waterfall and enter the horseshoe-shaped center circle of the waterfall. This is one of Niagara's oldest tourist hotspots. Take the elevator down 125 feet and through a short tunnel you will reach two outdoor observation decks and two entrances directly behind the falls. Walk to the upper and lower observation decks to experience the magic of Horseshoe Falls from directly below the falls. You will experience the spectacular sight of one-fifth of the world's fresh water rushing into the basin below. The height at the foot of the observation deck may make you "wet" or amazed, but don't forget that after all this, one-fifth of the world's fresh water, Niagara Falls, a must-see in a lifetime, will appear before your eyes!

The Skylon Tower allows visitors to get a better view of Niagara Falls. It is the closest tower to the Horseshoe Falls. It is over 100 meters high. Half of the elevator leading to the observation deck on the top of the tower is inlaid with glass, so you can enjoy the scenery while the elevator is going up and down. There are theaters and game venues in the tower, and the top floor is a revolving restaurant. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the famous 360-degree revolving restaurant, or enjoy a more family-friendly casual dining in the Summit Suite buffet restaurant in the tower. The beautiful scenery is in full view. Whether it is a romantic meal for two or a family vacation, you can enjoy the luxurious and superior dining environment and world-class culinary cuisine! During the dining period, Ride-to-the-Top and Indoor/Outdoor Observation Deck Niagara Falls are free to enter.

1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前17日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 在出发前10日 (含) 至 16日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣50% 团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前9日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
d. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

2. 请您在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的证件（如护照、签证等），有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
4. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
5. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
6. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
7. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
8. 客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件和材料，能否出入境以各国海关的决定为准，无法入境属不可抗力因素，已付团费不能退还。

11. 面对持续上涨的燃油成本，车辆运营成本大大增加，2026年5月18日（出发班期）起，趣环游的巴士团产品需加收交通附加费$5/人/天，导游将在行程中统一收取。
特殊说明：
美加跨境产品按实际行程所在地分别收取燃油附加费：行程当天在美境按 USD$5/人/天收取，在加境按 CAD$5/人/天收取。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据相关法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 趣环游的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。
8. 过境时需检查行李.游客需要在过境处向海关申报需缴纳关税的物品。趣环游对过境的行李不承担看管责任。游客必须在过境处认领所有的行李才能继续行程。没有游客认领的行李不能过境。若不幸游客被拒绝入境，趣环游不提供免费巴士送客。故请在参加跨境团前备齐相关证明和文件。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. An adult accompanying a child who is neither a parent nor guard- ian of the child should have written permission from a parent or guardian to accompany the child across the border, including the name and contact information of the parent or guardian. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
5. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
8. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
9. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
10. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of 5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip. For cross-border US-Canada products (such as Eastern US & Canada series, Vancouver Connecting series, etc.), fuel surcharges shall be charged separately based on the actual itinerary location. The fee is USD 5 per person per day for days in the US territory, and CAD 5 per person per day for days in Canada.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with law.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
