Departing from New York in the morning, we will drive to the American Maritime Museum - Mystic Seaport Museum. The museum preserves a large number of historic ships, which allows people to deeply feel the historical charm of maritime navigation and fishing culture at that time. Then we will go to Rhode Island, the smallest state in the United States, to visit the Marble Villa in Newport. The interior of the villa is magnificent and perfectly interprets the luxury of the American Gilded Age. This is also the filming location of "The Great Gatsby".

The Marble Villa was built in 1884 and took four years to complete in 1892. The villa has 50 rooms and cost $11 million, of which $7 million was used for 500,000 cubic feet of marble. The villa is built with marble inside and outside, making it a real marble villa. The Great Gatsby was filmed here, which shows how magnificent and luxurious it is. This is a European-style villa with Greek architectural style. There are four two-story Corinthian Roman columns on the front. Plimoth Plantation is a plantation established by the first Puritans in Plymouth. It is a biological history museum. In this immersive museum, listen carefully to the explanations of personnel dressed in unique ethnic costumes, and you will see the 17th century English Cultural Village, Wampanoag ruins, Plymouth Grist Mill, and Mayflower II docked in Plymouth Harbor. The plantation exhibition is famous for its vivid reproduction of history and has won the reputation of "providing shocking personal experiences for visitors of all ages from all over the world."

The Plymouth Grist Mill is a reconstruction of the original mill built by the Pilgrims in 1636 in Plymouth Colony. It shows visitors how Americans lived nearly 400 years ago. The colonists built a waterwheel to grind corn, replacing the previous hand-milling with water-powered mills, changing the way they processed food.

The Mayflower is a British three-masted steamship, 19.50 meters long, 7.95 meters wide, 3.35 meters deep, and 180 tons in displacement. It was launched in 1615. On September 6, 1620, the ship set out from Southampton, England, carrying 102 crew members. On November 21, it arrived at Cape Cod (now Provincetown, Massachusetts), and landed in Plymouth on the first day after Thanksgiving. It is famous for carrying a group of separatist Puritans to North America to establish the Plymouth Colony and for formulating the Mayflower Compact on the ship. With the independence of the United States, the ship became famous. In 1995, the city of Plymouth, USA, decided to restore the Mayflower as an exhibition ship as a symbol of the development of Plymouth's immigrant society. After more detailed research, people made a replica as close to the original ship as possible, the Mayflower II, which was launched on September 22, 1956.

↩退改政策Cancellation Policy
1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前17日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，团费不扣，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 在出发前10日 (含) 至 16日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣50% 团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前9日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
d. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 17 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 16 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 9 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团，单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。
2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或两张Double Size的双床房。每个房间可合法住宿的最多人数在2 到4 人，包括成人和儿童。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
9. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
10. 趣环游可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》（点击蓝色字体查看）。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。
11. 面对持续上涨的燃油成本，车辆运营成本大大增加，2026年5月18日（出发班期）起，趣环游的巴士团产品需加收交通附加费美境：$5/人/天、加境：CAD$5/人/天，导游将在行程中统一收取。
特殊说明：
1）接机、送机当天如无其他巴士行程安排，不收取燃油附加费。
2）不涉及巴士用车服务的天数不收取燃油附加费：例如佛州相关产品中客人自行搭乘园区接驳车往返主题乐园，或火车团产品中当天全程为火车行程且无导游及巴士服务等情况。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据美国联邦法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会有每晚至少250 美元的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 趣环游的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。
8. 仅针对包含接机服务的产品：同一订单仅提供一次免费接机时间范围内的接机服务，如因天气、航班延误等造成无法安排，请自理交通费用。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
11. Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.
Notes:
1）No fuel surcharge will be charged on the day of airport pick-up or take-off when no any other itinerary is scheduled.
2）The surcharge is waived on days without transportation services. For instance, guests taking resort shuttles to theme parks in Florida tours, or full-day train itineraries with no tour guide or coach services included.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide.
