Welcome to Canada‘s Yukon Territory! A ruby range guide will meet you at the airport and you will hop on one last scenic flight to Inuvik (Include flight ticket). You will be soon transported to another world! Inuvik is the hub of the western arctic and home of the Inuvialuit, in whose language the name means “Place of People.” We’ll make this our base as we explore the arctic coast. Once arrived, your guide will run the group through a brief orientation.
Pickup information:
1. For departures on 06/21/2026 and 07/19/2026, please book flights arriving at Hay River Airport (YXY) before 14:30 and Inuvik Airport (YEV) before 19:00. A complimentary airport transfer service from Inuvik Airport (YEV) is only available around 20:00-21:00 on the day of departure.
2. For the departure date of 08/30/2026, please book flights arriving at Whitehorse Airport (YXY) before 14:00 and flights arriving at Inuvik Airport (YEV) before 18:30. Free airport pickup service at Inuvik Airport (YEV) is only available once around 19:30-20:30 on that day.

It’s a full day today as we head north on the newly completed road to Tuktoyaktuk, an isolated coastal village. We’ll have a tour of the town and have a look at the pingos rising up from the tundra. We will learn about First Nation‘s history during our time in this unique northern location. If you don’t know what a pingo or muktuk is; you’ll find out today.

Today your journey begins on the legendary Dempster Highway! As far as the eye can see, the untouched tundra landscape is crossed by caribou, moose and bears. This 730 km long gravel road is the only road connection to Inuvik and people come from all around the world to drive to its end. We will leave Inuvik, drive amongst the arctic coastal tundra and pass through the indigenous com-munities of Fort McPherson, Tsiigehtchic (scenes of the epic story of the Northwest Mounted Police and the “Lost Patrol”). We will cross the arctic circle and pause for a short celebration as we will travel in the lower 65th for the rest of the journey. The final stop today is Eagle Plains.

In the morning, we will leave Eagle Plains and will make our way south to the world-famous Dawson City. It is a beautiful part of the journey as we travel through the magnificent Tombstone Territorial park. With a bit of luck, we will see the imposing dark peaks and many more scenic landscapes of the arctic tundra.

This legendary boomtown was epicentre of the famous Klondike gold rush of 1898, and gold still ani-mates the place. Immerse yourself in Dawson’s history, and try your luck panning the creeks yourself. A visit to Bonanza Creek, the Jack London cabin, the Dawson City museum, and the Midnight Dome are all on the agenda. You’ll also want to take some time to simply stroll around the town, with its garish Gold Rush architecture and friendly locals. In the evening, the can-can girls kick up their skirts for a night of entertainment at Diamond Tooth Gertie’s Gambling Hall.

Today we are leaving the gold rush city and head south along the Klondike Highway back to Yukon’s capital; Whitehorse. Along the way, we’ll catch frequent views of the Yukon River, which, at about 3200 kilometers long, is one of the longest waterways in North America. We’ll stop at the infamous Five Finger Rapids and stretch our legs at some of the old post offices, roadhouses and villages that give the area its unique northern character. There will be time to share one last good dinner with your fellow travelers in one of the city’s restaurants.

1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前 97日（含），要求取消行程或改期，需扣除订金USD$600/CAD$700，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 如果团组在出发前 52日（含）至67日（含），要求取消行程或改期，需扣除30%团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 如果团组在出发前 37日（含）至51日（含），要求取消行程或改期，需扣除60%团费，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
d. 如果团组在出发前 36 日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
e. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 97 days prior to departure date (EST): USD$600/CAD$700 penalty. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 67 days but 52 days prior to departure date (EST): 30% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 51 days but 37 days prior to departure date (EST): 60% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
d. Less than 36 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团，单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。
2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 北美酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或两张Double Size的双床房。每个房间可合法住宿的最多人数在2 到4 人，包括成人和儿童。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年等）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 持加拿大驾照参团要求5级/class5或以上驾照；持中国驾照参团需要公证件+C级或以上驾照。加拿大/美国驾照要求25周岁以上；中国驾照需要翻译件。组织方提供的物品：对讲机（1台/车），防熊喷剂（1只/车），熊铃（每人一只），基本救援装备（导游车配备卫星电话，拖车绳，搭电线，基本维修工具，急救箱）。如有个人航拍设备，请提前报备。
9. 租车含100万加元第三者责任保险/车，个人旅行医疗意外保险根据个人意愿自行购买。
10. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
11. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
12. 北极光是极地特有的自然现象，在天气好的情况下有非常大的机率看到北极光，但有可能因为天气原因或其他自然因素导致北极光微弱而无法观看到。本产品行程的先后顺序将根据游客入团日期、当地天气等情况重新调整，游览内容不变，展示行程顺序仅供参考。自费项目将根据报名情况天气情况等因素协调安排，行程中推荐为内容参考，并非实际进行日期，如您有行程计划外的活动，请提前确认以免行程冲突。
13. 系统中为美金含税价格。如您需要支付加币，所有加币价格不含5%GST。
14. 趣环游可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》（点击蓝色字体查看）。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。

4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。

6. 根据美国联邦法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会有每晚至少250 美元的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Some hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Guests who participate in our group are required with a Canadian driver's license of class 5/class 5 or above or with a Chinese driver's license of a driver's license of class C or above plus a notarized document. Canadian/US driver's license requires 25 years of age or older; Chinese driver's license requires a translated document. Items provided by the organizer: walkie-talkie (1 for each car), bear spray (1 for each car), bear bell (one for each person), basic rescue equipment (including: guide car equipped with satellite phone, tow rope, wiring, basic maintenance tools, first aid kit). If guests bring personal aerial photography equipment, please note us in advance.
9. The car rental includes a CAD 1 million third-party liability insurance/vehicle, and personal travel medical accident insurance can be purchased according to personal preference.
10. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
11. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
12. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon whose appearance and visibility are dictated by weather and other natural conditions. Thus, there is no guarantee that you will see them. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of. The sequence of activities in this tour itinerary is subject to change based on the tour departure date, weather conditions, etc., but the content of the tour will not change.
13. The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST.
14. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.

1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
