After being picked up at the airport, we started our itinerary for today and checked in at the classic landmarks of Sydney city. First, head to Mrs Macaulay's Chair, where you can take postcard-worthy photos of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Then visit the Gothic-style St. Mary's Cathedral and Hyde Park; then go to Bondi Beach, which is one of the most lively and famous beaches in Sydney and Australia, and is also a surfing paradise. The largest seafood market in the Southern Hemisphere - Sydney Fish Market, where you will feel the color and bustle of the fish market. You can also hand over the fresh seafood to the chef and have it grilled, sashimi or prepared in a variety of unique cooking methods according to your taste, so that you can enjoy a rich and delicious seafood meal. Then go to Jones Bay Pier, where the original railroad tracks and the modern harbor complement each other, and movie-level photo scenes are waiting for you to discover. Then we will visit the University of Sydney, the oldest and most prestigious university in Australia. Mrs. Macaulay's Chair is a stone chair carved by craftsmen in memory of Mrs. Macaulay. It is located on a peninsula at the northeast end of the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens in the city of Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and is carved from a huge exposed sandstone. Mrs. Macaulay's Chair is only separated from the Sydney Opera House by a narrow bay. The observation deck here is the best place to view the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. You can enjoy the two modern architectural treasures of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House at the same time. From Mrs. Macaulay's Chair Park, you can take a panoramic view of the Opera House, the sea level and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Saint Mary's Cathedral is located at the corner of College Street and Prince Albert Road, opposite Hyde Park. It is the seat of the Archbishop of Sydney. It was built on the site of the first Catholic church in Sydney, so it is also called the Cathedral of Our Lady. It is the mother of Catholic churches in Australia. The church's twin towers are a landmark of Sydney. The church is built with local sandstone and has a Gothic architectural style with pointed arches, which is deeply influenced by the architectural heritage of European medieval cathedrals. Today we set out for the Blue Mountains National Forest Park, passing through Katoomba, the core town of the Blue Mountains, and then arriving at the Blue Mountains National Forest Park. You can take a mine train with a track inclined at 52 degrees to experience speed and passion; stroll along the rainforest plank road and breathe fresh air; take the jungle cable car, climb along the mountain stream, and feel the magic of the Blue Mountains. Then, we went to the famous Stone Arch Scenic Trail and came to the Queen’s viewing platform - Echo Valley, where we could take pictures of the Three Sisters from the classic angle, cross the Honeymoon Bridge, and actually walk into the Three Sisters. Then go to the British-style town of Leura, where there are various handicraft shops, galleries and coffee shops. Finally, we will go to Olympic Wharf, where you can take a cruise to enjoy the scenery of Sydney's inland river and harbor.

Today we will start our day trip to Port Stephens. First, we went to the desert oasis Anna Bay for exciting sand dune sliding. The beautiful scenery and exciting experience made people happy physically and mentally. After lunch, go to Nelson Bay to take a cruise to watch dolphins. As the habitat of about 150 dolphins, you will have the opportunity to get close to the cute bottlenose dolphins and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 取消条款如下：
a. 如果团组在出发前40日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，无需收取手续费，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 如果团组在出发前39日（含）至26日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣每人AUD$200/USD$133手续费，其他加定酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 在出发前19日 (含) 至25日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，需扣订单总额50%，其他加定酒店或服务需参照酒店规定而确定是否能退款。
d. 如果团组在出发前18日 (含) 至出发当天要求取消或出发当日未能准时参加者，作自动放弃论，已付团费概不退还。
e. 如贵司或客人因个人原因 (无旅行证件、迟到、生病、意外等因素) 于旅途中退出或未能参加行程内任何行程，已付团费概不退还，也不会以其他服务赔偿。
1. If the tour is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, war, strikes, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fees for attractions will be refunded (except for free self-funded projects), but the registration fee will not be refunded;

b. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 39 days (inclusive) to 26 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of AUD$200/USD$133 per person will be deducted. Other additional hotels, air tickets or services must refer to the hotel or airline regulations to determine whether they can be refunded.
c. If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 19 days (inclusive) to 25 days (inclusive) before departure, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. Other additional hotels or services must refer to the hotel regulations to determine whether they can be refunded.
d. If the group cancels the trip 18 days (inclusive) before departure or fails to attend on the day of departure, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
e. If your company or the guest withdraws from the trip or fails to attend any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fee will not be refunded and no other services will be compensated.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团。单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。参团儿童的监护人必须提供监护证明或者提供父母授权的参团同意书。若陪伴儿童的成人既不是儿童父母也不是儿童监护人，需要从儿童父母或监护人那里获取同意书，同意陪同儿童过境。同意书中需注明父母或监护人的姓名及联系方式。
2. 请您在预定时务必提供准确、完整的资讯，包括姓名、性别、有效的证件（如护照、签证等），有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班资讯或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误资讯而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 澳洲酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或双床房。每个房间可合法住宿2人，包括成人和儿童。应酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理入住手续。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日休息等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，趣环游提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
9. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策资讯。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
10. 客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件和材料，能否出入境以各国海关的决定为准，无法入境属不可抗力因素，已付团费不能退还。

12. 趣环游可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》（点击蓝色字体查看）。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。趣环游竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据相关法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会产生一定的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 趣环游的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。
8. 过境时需检查行李。游客需要在过境处向海关申报需缴纳关税的物品。趣环游对过境的行李不承担看管责任。游客必须在过境处认领所有的行李才能继续行程。没有游客认领的行李不能过境。若不幸游客被拒绝入境，趣环游不提供免费巴士送客。故请在参加跨境团前备齐相关证明和文件。
9. 仅针对包含接机服务的产品：同一订单仅提供一次免费接机时间范围内的接机服务，如因天气、航班延误等造成无法安排，请自理交通费用。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Australian hotels offer different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or a twin room. Each room can legally accommodate 2 people, including adults and children. At the request of the hotel, each group of guests must bring at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination, and then they will need to cooperate with the card swiping check-in procedures. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantees the number of rooms for guests, but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions] on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
9. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
