When you set foot on the magical land of Tibet, you must not miss Kadin Gorge! Nestled in Nyingchi, it is a national 4A-level scenic spot. Here stands the Tianfo Waterfall with a drop of nearly 200 meters—majestic and powerful in the rainy season, and like a silver chain cascading down in the dry season. The natural contours of Buddha statues are visible on the waterfall's rock walls. At dawn, we journey east from downtown Nyingchi along National Highway G318. Witness Tibetan villages by the Nyang River and highland barley fields veiled in morning mist glide past your window. Upon reaching Basum Tso Scenic Area at 3,480 meters above sea level, you will hike into an emerald sanctuary embraced by snow-capped mountains: ascend the heart-shaped island, explore the millennium-old Tsozong Gongba Monastery where prayer wheels resonate with lapping turquoise waves; pause at the viewing platform to capture the oil-painting-like scene of autumn lakeshore hues interwoven with mirrored snowy peaks.

Basom Lake is nestled among the mountains of Nyingchi, being Tibet's first national 5A-level scenic spot of natural landscape. Its clear lake water, like a sapphire, is gently embraced by snow-capped mountains and forests. On Zhaxi Island in the middle of the lake, the over 1,500-year-old Cuozong Temple stands quietly. As a sacred lake of the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism, it holds countless pious prayers. Stepping into it, it feels as if the soul can be gently cleansed by the pure landscapes and profound faith.

Lhasa, situated in southwestern China, serves as the political, economic, cultural, scientific, and educational center of Tibet, as well as a sacred site for Tibetan Buddhism. At an elevation of 3,650 meters, Lhasa enjoys over 3,000 hours of annual sunshine, earning its reputation as the "City of Sunshine." Today we visit the Potala Palace atop Mapori Hill (Red Mountain), comprising two main sections: the White Palace where successive Dalai Lamas administered and resided, and the Red Palace housing religious halls and stupa tombs. The White Palace encircling the Red Palace exemplifies Tibet’s former theocratic system. Next we explore Jokhang Temple – a 1,300-year-old monastery of supreme significance in Tibetan Buddhism. As Tibet’s most splendid extant Tubo-period architecture, it features the region’s earliest rammed-earth-and-timber structure and established the prototype for Tibetan monastic layouts. Finally we stroll through Barkhor Street, originally a single pilgrim path encircling Jokhang Temple called the "Holy Path" by Tibetans, now evolved into an expansive traditional quarter surrounding the temple.

It was built in the 7th century AD, more than 1,300 years ago. King Songtsen Gampo of Tibet built a nine-story palace with 1,000 rooms in order to marry Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty. The main building is 117 meters high, with a total of 13 floors, including palaces, pagoda halls, Buddhist halls, sutra halls, monks' residences, courtyards, etc. The entire palace has a distinctive Tibetan style. It is majestic and is built on the mountain. It is the winter palace residence of the Dalai Lama of all generations and the political and religious ruling center of Tibet.
大昭寺，藏语为“觉康”，又名“祖拉康”，是藏传佛教信徒朝拜的终点，在他们的心中，大昭寺之神圣，并不逊于布达拉宫。不论从地理位置上，还是在藏传佛教信徒的心目中来说，大昭寺都是名符其实的藏传佛教圣地和中心，在藏传佛教史上拥有极其崇高而圣洁的地位。大昭寺始建于公元七世纪中叶，是藏王松赞干布为了安放其王妃尼泊尔尺尊公主，从家乡加德满都带来的释迦牟尼8岁等身佛像而建，公元1409年，格鲁派创始人宗喀巴大师在大昭寺宏扬佛法，举行传昭大法会，从而奠定了其在藏传佛教史上的重要地位。公元八世纪，大唐文成公主入藏时从长安带来的释迦牟尼十二岁等身像供奉于大昭寺内，成为大昭寺的镇寺之宝，是游客及前往朝拜的人必不可错过的看点之一。
The Jokhang Temple combines Tibetan, Tang, Nepalese and Indian architectural styles and has become an eternal model of Tibetan religious architecture. In front of the temple, incense is lingering all day long, with deep impressions on the body and long head, and thousands of butter lamps are always bright, leaving traces of time and pilgrims.
八廓街又叫八角街，地属西藏拉萨。它是能代表西藏民风民俗的千年古街，因其古朴的文化底蕴、悠久的历史传统，入围“全国历史文化十大名街”之列。狭义上的八廓街可以理解为围绕大昭寺的环形转经道，广义上的八廓街，指围绕大昭寺而建的一片居民地，是一个由许多四通八达的小巷组成的居民区。八廓街繁华处为紧挨大昭寺的环形转经道，随着大昭寺宗教地位的加深，藏传佛教认为，以大昭寺为中点顺时针绕行为“转经”，表示对供奉在大昭寺内释迦牟尼佛像的朝拜，八廓街由此成为拉萨三大转经道之一。此街集西藏土特产销售、旅游观光、具代表性的民风民俗、西藏特色古建筑等为一体，是拉萨旅游去好去处。
Barkhor Street, also known as Bajiao Street located in Lhasa, Tibet. The street is a well known ancient street representing the culture and folk customs of Tibet. While walking on the street, you can experience what life was like in the past, and experience the food and culture of natives to Lhasa. You can view and learn things from traditional dress, and dances, to traditional meals, to the architecture of the town itself, which has been well preserved throughout the years. Barkhor Street is a must-visit location to experience in Lhasa.

At dawn we depart from Lhasa, crossing the Gampa La pass until Yamdrok Lake’s blue pierces the eye – standing by its shores at 4,441 meters, the waters dazzle lapis lazuli under clear skies, shifting to slate-grey ripples as clouds pass, with occasional yaks grazing the banks. Journeying westward, we confront the awe of Karola Glacier: its 5,400-meter ice tongue hangs suspended mid-air, meltwater trickling down charcoal-black walls while rainbow prayer flags whip across ridges – this iconic site featured in the film Red River Valley. Passing Manla Reservoir, we pause to capture its emerald waters dramatically framed within rust-red canyons, a miraculous oasis in the wilderness.

Yamdrok Lake, which means "Swan Pond" in Tibetan, is one of the three sacred lakes in Xizang. It is also called Yamdrok Lake (locals usually call it "Yam Lake"), because "co" in Tibetan means "lake". Geographically, it belongs to Langkazi County in Shannan Prefecture. The lake surface is 4,441 meters above sea level, the total length of the lakeshore is 250 kilometers, the total area is 638 square kilometers, and the lake water is 20-40 meters deep. It is the largest inland lake in the northern foothills of the Himalayas. There are many forks in Yamdrok Lake, like coral branches, so it is also called "the upper coral lake" in Tibetan.
The Karola Glacier, one of Tibet's three major continental glaciers, is located at the junction of Nanggarze and Gyantse of Tibet, a little further away from Yamdroktso Lake. It's only 71 kilometers from Gyantse, with easy access on your way to Gyantse. This glacier is also the source of the eastern part of the Nianchu River. This imposing glacier is visible from the main highway which links Lhasa and Shigatse, as it's just 300 meters from the main highway.

Sera Monastery, located at the foot of Sera Utsé Mountain in northern Lhasa, is one of the six major monasteries of the Gelug Sect with a history of nearly 600 years. Its white walls and golden roofs are scattered among the mountains, with grand temple buildings. Every afternoon, the sound of scriptural debates echoes through the courtyards—monks gesturing briskly and focusing intently, presenting a unique practice scene of Tibetan Buddhism. Next, explore the Tibet Museum, Tibet's exclusive National First-Class comprehensive museum. ↩退改政策Cancellation Policy
1. 如遇天气、战争、罢工等人力不可抗拒因素无法游览，本公司将有权更改行程，景点门票费用退还（赠送的自费项目除外），报名团费不退还；
2. 因客人个人原因提出取消行程，需要根据以下标准支付已经发生的旅游费用：
a. 行程开始前37日至18日，按旅游费用总额的20%；
b. 行程开始前17日至9日，按旅游费用总额的40%；
c. 行程开始前8日，按旅游费用总额的100%。
1. If the tour is unable to be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather, war, strike, etc., the company will have the right to change the itinerary and refund the attraction ticket fees (except for free self-paid items), and the registration fee will not be refunded;
2. If the guest cancels the trip due to personal reasons, the travel expenses incurred must be paid according to the following standards:
a. 35 to 18 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the total travel cost;
b. 15 to 9 days before the start of the trip, 40% of the total travel cost;
c. 8 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the total travel cost.

预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团，单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加趣环游的旅游团。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。
2. 请在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 酒店有不同的房间类型，例如一张King/Queen Size的大床房或两张双床房。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。趣环游保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 趣环游有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
5. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
6. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
7. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士和行动不便者报名参团前请提前联系趣环游获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。

4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double beds. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
5. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
6. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. 7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. 8. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
